Overview
GREYFALL is our original browser game — a monochrome pixel-art action roguelite. Each run is a descent: choose your weapons, take upgrade cards between floors and carry embers back to the forge.
The problem
We wanted to prove that a browser can deliver tight, console-style action: responsive movement, readable combat and a progression loop that makes one more run irresistible — with nothing to install.
How it works
01 / 03
A complete moveset: double jump, dodge roll, attacks you can hold to charge, dash slashes, aerial down-strikes, an off-hand bow or shield, two skills, a finisher and potions.
02 / 03
Roguelite structure: two weapons at the start, three-card rewards between stages, skill-slot swapping and meta-progression — embers are banked at the forge or spent at the grey market.

Made for the web: rebindable keys with a classic preset, adjustable screen shake and flashes, save export and import, battle records, a codex and an encyclopedia.
What it does
Fluid combat
Charged and aerial attacks, dash slashes and an off-hand bow or shield.
Run-based descent
Start each run with two weapons — the longer you survive, the deeper you fall.
Three-card rewards
Pick upgrades between stages and swap skills into your slots.
Embers & the forge
Embers are banked only at the forge — spend them at the grey market and they’re gone.
Rebindable controls
Remap every key or use the classic preset; screen shake and flashes are adjustable.
Saves you can carry
Export and import saves as text; records, codex and encyclopedia included.
